Your AI Workspace is open: build AI capability in-house, starting free

Until now, the Workspace was something our Enablement clients got as part of working with us. We've opened it up because the organisations that get real value from AI are the ones that build the capability themselves.

Why in-house capability matters

We've spent nine years helping Kiwi businesses with AI, and the pattern is consistent. Individuals start using AI tools ad hoc. Take the NZ AI Benchmark: 40 questions across eight dimensions, about 20 minutes. You get a stage from Aware to Frontier and the next steps that fit it.

2 Organise

Bring your team in, log every AI idea in one register, score it the same way, and adopt an AI policy your people can actually follow.

3 Prove

Track the time and money your use cases return, in your own numbers, with a one page report for your board.

4 Scale

When you're ready to redesign workflows around AI, bring in an AI Advisor and an activation plan built with you.

You can move through those steps on your own, or with us. Either way, nothing you build is lost when you change level.

How to sign up

• Create an account. Go to clients.newzealand.ai and choose Create account.
• Use your work email. Personal addresses such as Gmail aren't accepted, because the Workspace belongs to your organisation.
• Enter the code. Enter the 8 digit code we email you. Your Workspace opens straight away.
• Work through the setup checklist. It's on your Overview: your AI Benchmark, your business systems, the AI platforms you use, and your AI policy.

Already taken the AI Benchmark? Your Workspace may already be waiting for you. Check the email with your results.

If your organisation already has a Workspace, we won't open a second one. We'll let its key contacts know you'd like to join.

What you get on Workspace ($249 per month)

No term commitment. Cancel any time.

• Unlimited team members. Invite colleagues and give each one the sections they need.
• Use case register. Anyone on your team submits an idea from one form. Value, effort and risk are scored the same way every time, and a five column board tracks each one from backlog to delivered.
• AI Policies & Guidelines. Answer a short set of questions and get an AI policy and guidelines drafted for your organisation, ready to adopt.
• Business impact reports. A value dashboard adds up what your use cases return, with a one page board report and your own case story.
• Your AI Leaders Committee. Run your internal AI committee in the Workspace: seats, the chair's agenda and the report.
• Reduced seat rates on selected Certify courses.

You upgrade from inside your Workspace and pay by card. Before the Workspace sections open, you sign our Master Services Agreement online, so the terms are clear from day one.
