Frequently asked questions.
How does the member discount on certificate courses work?
Premium members get $50 off each of our certificate courses on Certify, including GST. It applies automatically when you register on Certify with the same email address as your Academy membership, so there is no code to enter. You can use it once per course in any 12 months, on as many different courses as you like. It does not combine with a coupon code: you get whichever saving is larger.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. Canceling means you'll lose access to the associated Academy benefits.
Can I get a receipt?
A receipt will automatically be sent to you. If you need it resent, please email hello@newzealand.ai
Can I share my account with a colleague?
No. This is an individual membership for you.
Can I download event recordings?
No. We don't have the option to allow video downloads. They must be watched in the Academy.
